**Program Agreement**
Welcome to the SingleTree Lane Affiliate Program! To ensure a successful and compliant partnership, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By joining our program, you agree to abide by these rules and restrictions, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
**Restrictions and Regulations:**
1. **Prohibited Activities:**
- **No Trademark Bidding:** Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any keywords or phrases containing our brand name, "SingleTree Lane," or any variations or misspellings thereof on any search engines.
- **No Spam:** Affiliates must not engage in unsolicited email marketing, SMS, or any other form of spam. All marketing practices must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other relevant regulations.
- **No Cookie Stuffing:** Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using cookie stuffing techniques or any other deceptive practices to generate commissions.
- **No Unauthorized Discounts:** Affiliates may not promote unauthorized discount codes or coupons. Only official promotions provided by SingleTree Lane are allowed.
- **No Misrepresentation:** Affiliates must accurately represent SingleTree Lane products and brand. False or misleading claims are strictly prohibited.
2. **Content Restrictions:**
- **No Inappropriate Content:** Affiliates must not use content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to content related to violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
- **No Adult Content:** Promotion of SingleTree Lane products on websites or platforms containing adult content is strictly forbidden.
3. **Advertising Guidelines:**
- **No PPC on Branded Terms:** Affiliates are not allowed to use Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising to drive traffic to their affiliate links using branded terms, including "SingleTree Lane."
- **No Direct Linking:** Affiliates may not use direct linking to our website through PPC campaigns. All PPC traffic must land on the affiliate's own website first.
- **Disclosure:** Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with SingleTree Lane in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
4. **Intellectual Property:**
- **Use of Materials:** Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by SingleTree Lane. Any other use of SingleTree Lane's intellectual property, including logos and trademarks, requires prior written permission.
- **Modification of Materials:** Affiliates are not allowed to alter any marketing materials provided by SingleTree Lane without prior consent.
5. **Termination:**
- **Violation of Terms:** SingleTree Lane reserves the right to terminate any affiliate found in violation of these terms or the ShareASale Terms of Use. Termination will result in forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
- **Discretionary Termination:** SingleTree Lane reserves the right to terminate any affiliate at its discretion with or without cause.
By participating in the SingleTree Lane Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
