BRITISH CANNABIS

Affiliation

This agreement pertains to the affiliation between BRITISH CANNABIS (“the Company”) and the Awin affiliate platform (“Awin”). Affiliates are expected to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Purpose

The primary purpose of this affiliation is to promote BRITISH CANNABIS’ CBD products (available via https://britishcannabis.org) through AWIN’s network of affiliates, thereby driving traffic and sales to britishcannabis.org

Compliance

Affiliates must ensure all promotional activities are in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to CBD products in their respective jurisdictions.

Brand Identity

Affiliates must maintain the integrity of BRITISH CANNABIS’ brand identity. Use of the BRITISH CANNABIS and brands owned by BRITISH CANNABIS logo(s), colour scheme and other brand elements must be consistent with the brand’s official style guide.

Logo Usage

The brands owned by BRITISH CANNABIS and the BRITISH CANNABIS logo should be clearly visible and unaltered in all affiliate promotions. A minimum clear space must be maintained around the logo, and it should not be modified without express permission.

Typography

Affiliates should use the designated typefaces as specified by BRITISH CANNABIS to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Imagery

Any imagery associated with BRITISH CANNABIS’ products must be used in a manner that is respectful and aligns with the company’s values. Product images provided by BRITISH CANNABIS should be used without alteration.

Messaging

All promotional content must reflect BRITISH CANNABIS’ brand voice and messaging pillars. Affiliates should avoid making any claims about BRITISH CANNABIS’ products that are not substantiated by the company.

Approval

All branded materials created by affiliates for promotion must be submitted to BRITISH CANNABIS for approval prior to use.

Intellectual Property

Affiliates must respect BRITISH CANNABIS’ intellectual property rights and may not use any branded material for purposes outside the scope of the affiliate program.

Compliance with Trademark and Copyright Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding trademark and copyright when using BRITISH CANNABIS’ branding.

Misuse

Any misuse of the branding or failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in termination of the affiliate agreement.

Promotional Materials

BRITISH CANNABIS will provide affiliates with approved promotional materials. Affiliates are not permitted to alter these materials without prior written consent from BRITISH CANNABIS.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of false or misleading advertising, spamming, or other unethical marketing practices.

Compensation

Affiliates will receive compensation as outlined in the Affiliate Compensation Schedule, which may be amended by BRITISH CANNABIS at its discretion.

Term

The term of this affiliation shall commence upon acceptance of the affiliate by Awin and will continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the termination provisions.

Modification

BRITISH CANNABIS reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at its sole discretion.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BRITISH CANNABIS operates.
