Logo Usage: The BRITISH CANNABIS (or associated brand logos) logo should be clearly visible and unaltered in all affiliate promotions. A minimum clear space must be maintained around the logo, and it should not be modified without express permission.
Typography: Affiliates should use the designated typefaces as specified by BRITISH CANNABIS to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Imagery: Any imagery associated with BRITISH CANNABIS’ products must be used in a manner that is respectful and aligns with the company’s values. Product images provided by BRITISH CANNABIS should be used without alteration.
Messaging: All promotional content must reflect BRITISH CANNABIS’ brand voice and messaging pillars. Affiliates should avoid making any claims about BRITISH CANNABIS’ products that are not substantiated by the company.
Approval: All branded materials created by affiliates for promotion must be submitted to BRITISH CANNABIS for approval prior to use.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates must respect BRITISH CANNABIS' intellectual property rights and may not use any branded material for purposes outside the scope of the affiliate program.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding trademark and copyright when using BRITISH CANNABIS' branding.
Misuse: Any misuse of the branding or failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in termination of the affiliate agreement.
