Voucher Codes:
- Affordable Mobiles may from time to time issue promotion or voucher codes in an effort to promote sales. Publishers should only promote voucher codes that are provided to it in writing or otherwise through the Affiliate Program. Affordable Mobiles reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised voucher codes are used in connection with Relevant Sales.
- Voucher code terms and conditions specified by Affordable Mobiles (VCTCs) must be clearly displayed onsite. Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date. Affordable Mobiles reserves the right not to pay commission to any Affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes or found to be displaying voucher codes but without the VCTCs until the code(s) are removed/VCTCs are displayed.
- Affiliates must adhere to voucher code best practice guidelines from time to time in force (including but not limited to those set by the Internet Advertising Bureau UK) at all times.
Cashback Transaction Queries:
Please be advised that cashback queries need to be raised by the customer within 120 days of purchase of untracked sales, and 120 days of validation for tracked sales to ensure that we are able to properly deal with requests.
Subnetworks:
- When reporting traffic and sales/leads back to the Awin network, Sub-Networks must use the Click Reference Parameter (clickref) to identify the sub-publisher and the URL field, to inform Awin of the sub-publisher URL that drove the sale/lead.
- Non-compliant activities could face forfeiture of commissions
Paid Advertising Restriction:
Unless agreed otherwise, Affiliates are not entitled use paid search advertising and to bid on any keywords which include reference to the “Affordable Mobiles” name or business, or any misspellings or confusingly similar words or variations on the terms attached in the file titled ‘AFM Brand Terms’ which can be found in the ‘Documents’ section of our profile.
- Please ensure these ensure these are negatively matched in PPC or paid search campaigns
- These restricted words may be amended and added to at any period with a notice of 7 days.
Resellers/Business:
Cashback or loyalty cannot be used for purchases made with the express purpose of resale, or for business use.
Creative/Content/Property Rights:
- Do not alter any of the creative or text links available through the AWIN interface unless explicitly signed off by the Affordable Mobiles Limited (AML) team.
- AML grants the Affiliate, during the term, a personal and non-assignable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use the AML content for the sole purpose of displaying the link(s). No further use of any AML content or any other Intellectual Property Rights of AML will be made by the Affiliate without the prior written approval of AML.
- The Affiliate will not do anything in its use of the AML content or AML’s Intellectual Property Rights that could adversely affect their value and/or validity.
