PRESTIDGE beauté Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome!
Thank you for your interest in the PRESTIDGE beauté Affiliate Program. We're excited to partner with passionate individuals who share our mission of elevating beauty from the outside in. By signing up, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
  • Your website, social presence, or marketing efforts must align with Prestidge Beauté’s values.
  • We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates at our sole discretion.

 

2. Program Overview

  • Earn a commission on sales generated through your unique affiliate links.
  • You’ll receive a personalized dashboard with real-time tracking and promotional assets.
  • Commission rates and program info are available on the affiliate portal.

 

3. Commission Structure & Payment

  • Direct Awin affiliates receive 15% commission. ShopMy affiliates receive 12%, with 3% retained by ShopMy.
  • 60-day cookie window on referred sales.
  • Payments are processed via ShareASale under their standard payout terms.

 

4. Marketing Restrictions

  • You may use only approved links and branded assets provided by PRESTIDGE beauté
  • No misleading claims or spam. All recipients must have opted in to receive your content.
  • Bidding on our brand name or variations in paid search is strictly prohibited. (See full PPC Policy below.)

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All PRESTIDGE beauté assets (logos, trademarks, content) remain our property.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for promotional purposes only.

 

6. Disclaimers & Warranties

  • We do not guarantee affiliate earnings.
  • You are fully responsible for your site, channels, and promotions.

 

7. Term & Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
  • Violations of these Terms may result in removal and forfeiture of commission.

 

8. Data Privacy

  • You are required to comply with all applicable data laws, including obtaining consent before collecting or sharing user data.

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through small claims court.

 

10. Entire Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between you and Prestidge Beauté regarding the affiliate program.

 

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to the affiliate portal.

Prestidge Beauté Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

1. Introduction

We welcome affiliate participation in PPC campaigns with conditions to avoid conflict with our in-house advertising and preserve brand integrity.

 

2. Prohibited Keywords

You may not use:

  • “Prestidge Beauté” or any misspellings/abbreviations
  • Any PRESTIDGE beauté trademarks or slogans
  • Our product names in combination with competitor or generic terms (e.g., “Prestidge Beauté discount serum”)

 

3. PPC Compliance

  • All affiliates must comply with this PPC Policy.
  • We actively monitor campaigns and reserve the right to enforce penalties for non-compliance.

 

4. Violations May Result In:

  • Written warning
  • Temporary suspension of affiliate account
  • Permanent removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions

 

5. Policy Updates

Any updates will be posted on our affiliate portal. It’s your responsibility to remain informed.
