Belawave Affiliate Program Agreement
Introduction
Welcome to the Belawave Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This agreement is designed to protect both you and Belawave, and to ensure that both parties are informed of their rights and obligations.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed affiliate application through the ShareASale network. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our program.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Belawave affiliate, you agree to:
Actively promote our products to generate sales.
Ensure that your site and communications comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not engage in any unethical or misleading advertising practices.
3. Affiliate Links
Upon acceptance into the program, you will have access to various marketing materials including banners, text links, and other creative assets. You are allowed to place these links on your site, in your email campaigns, and other channels. You may not alter any of the links or other materials provided to you.
4. Commissions and Payments
You will earn a commission of 10% on every sale generated through your affiliate links. Commissions will be tracked and managed through the ShareASale platform. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided you have met the minimum payout threshold set by ShareASale.
5. Order Processing
Belawave will process orders placed by customers who follow your affiliate links. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with our requirements. All aspects of order processing and fulfillment, including customer service and product returns, will be our responsibility.
6. Policies and Pricing
Customers who purchase products through your affiliate links will be deemed to be customers of Belawave. Accordingly, all Belawave policies and procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time.
7. Term and Termination
This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will continue until terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all links, banners, and promotional materials provided by us.
8. Limited License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the provided marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products and generating sales. You may not modify the marketing materials or use them for any other purpose.
9. Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any products sold through the program. We do not guarantee that the operation of the Affiliate Program or your links will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such case, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.
