Great American Masquerade, Gag, Gift and Gadget Shop, also known as AbracadabraNYC.com, invites you to participate in our affiliate program. By joining, you agree to follow the terms outlined below. You are also responsible for ensuring that anyone working on your behalf follows these rules.
Definitions
- “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to AbracadabraNYC.com
- “You” or “your” refers to the affiliate
- “Our website” refers to AbracadabraNYC.com
- “Your website” refers to any platform or site linking to us
- “Program” refers to the AbracadabraNYC Affiliate Program
Enrollment
- Applications are reviewed daily. Please allow up to 3 days for approval.
- We reserve the right to reject any application. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may reach out for reconsideration.
- Make sure all of your websites are listed in your profile to improve approval chances.
- Once approved, you’ll receive access to banners, text links, and product feeds.
- You earn commission when a customer clicks your link and completes a purchase.
Important:
- Commission is based on product value after discounts
- No commission is paid on shipping or taxes
Website Restrictions
Your website must not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain harmful, obscene, or explicit content
- Include malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Use technology that redirects or steals traffic or commissions
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Copying product descriptions or content from AbracadabraNYC
- Creating unauthorized product or tracking feeds
- Building a site that mimics our branding or layout
- Promoting unauthorized coupon codes
- Masking destination URLs
Linking Requirements
By using affiliate links, you agree to the following:
- All domains must be listed in your affiliate profile
- Your site must not resemble or impersonate AbracadabraNYC
- Framing or embedding our site to appear as your own is not allowed
- Cookie stuffing and misleading links are prohibited
- You may not hide or manipulate the referral source
Violation may result in:
- Commission reversal
- Commission set to 0%
- Removal from the program
PPC (Paid Ads) Guidelines
If you run paid ads, you must follow these rules:
- Do not bid on branded terms or variations
- Do not direct link ads to our website
- Traffic must go to your own website first
- Do not outrank AbracadabraNYC in positions 1–3 for branded searches
- Add our brand terms as negative keywords
Branded terms include:
- AbracadabraNYC.com
- AbracadabraNYC
- Abracadabra.com
- NYC Abracadabra
- NYCAbracadabra
Violations may result in immediate commission removal.
Coupon & Loyalty Guidelines
If you promote discounts:
- Only use codes provided through the affiliate program or shown on our site
- Do not promote unauthorized coupons
- Do not bid on trademark + coupon terms without permission
- Ads must link to your site, not directly to ours
Email Marketing Rules
- Emails must be sent on your behalf
- You may not present emails as if they are from AbracadabraNYC
Failure to comply may result in termination or loss of commission.
Social Media Promotion
You are allowed to:
- Share affiliate links on your own social media pages
- Promote offers to your audience
You are not allowed to:
- Post affiliate links on AbracadabraNYC’s social pages
Transaction Reversals
You will not receive commission on:
- Returned or canceled orders
- Fraudulent or unverifiable transactions
- Orders obtained through prohibited methods
- Orders placed by the affiliate
- Orders using unauthorized coupon codes
If a commission was already credited and later invalidated, it will be removed from your account.
Affiliate Nexus Policy
By joining, you confirm:
- All information provided is accurate
- You are legally allowed to enter this agreement
- This agreement is binding
- You are not violating any other agreements
State restrictions:
- Affiliates in Idaho, Missouri, and Virginia are not eligible
- California affiliates must submit an annual certification of no solicitation
- New York affiliates must comply with local solicitation laws
Agreement & Acceptance
By applying or continuing to participate in the program, you agree to these terms and any future updates.
Participation means you have reviewed and accepted all conditions independently.
