Buture Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Buture ("Company"), and the Affiliate ("Affiliate"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, the Affiliate must submit a completed program application. The Company will evaluate the application and notify the Affiliate of their acceptance or rejection. The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Promotion of Products
Affiliate will promote the Company's products, including vacuum cleaners and jump starters, on their websites, blogs, social media, and other channels. The promotion must comply with the guidelines provided by the Company.
3. Affiliate Links
The Company will provide Affiliate with special links ("Affiliate Links") to track sales. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure these links are correctly integrated into their promotional content.
4. Commissions
Affiliate will earn a 5% commission on every sale made through the Affiliate Links. Commissions are based on the net sales price, excluding shipping, taxes, and returns.
5. Cookie Duration
The Company's tracking cookies will remain valid for 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this period after clicking the Affiliate Link, the Affiliate will earn the commission.
6. Payment of Commissions
Commissions will be paid monthly. The Company will pay Affiliate via the payment method chosen by the Affiliate at the time of registration. The minimum payout threshold is $50. If the Affiliate's earnings are below this threshold, the amount will roll over to the next month.
7. High-Performance Incentives
The Company offers additional incentives for high sales volume. Details of these incentives will be provided separately to qualifying affiliates.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliate agrees not to:
Engage in misleading or deceptive promotions.
Use spam or unsolicited emails to promote Company products.
Engage in any activity that could harm the reputation of the Company.
9. Term and Termination
This Agreement will begin upon the Company's acceptance of the Affiliate's application and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
11. Relationship of Parties
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between the Parties.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
13. Modification
The Company reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. The Affiliate will be notified of such changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Affiliate Agreement Acceptance
By participating in the Buture Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
