Trademark / brand name usage (strict)
You may not use “Gessato” or any confusingly similar variant/misspelling in:
domains or subdomains
social handles/usernames
app names
paid ads (titles, copy, display URLs, extensions)
You may not present yourself as an “official” Gessato account, employee, representative, or partner.
Creative and images
Use only creative, logos, images, and product data provided through Awin (or explicitly provided by us).
Do not edit logos or alter brand marks.
Do not use our imagery for paid media (search/social/display/retargeting) unless approved in writing.
Pricing and promotions (accuracy required)
Do not advertise prices, shipping claims, or promotions that are not current and verifiable.
Do not imply that clicking your link is required to unlock a deal that is otherwise publicly available.
COUPON / “DEAL” RULES (ZERO-TOLERANCE)
These rules exist specifically to prevent coupon-code abuse. Violations will result in immediate removal from the program and commission reversals.
5.1 Authorized codes only
You may promote ONLY:
codes/offers explicitly provided in Awin for this Program, OR
offers publicly displayed on the Gessato site that are clearly available to all customers
Not allowed (unless also provided in Awin):
codes from customer emails or newsletters
abandoned cart codes
SMS-only codes
influencer-only codes
customer service “one-off” courtesy codes
any code obtained from third parties, scraping tools, extensions, browser plugins, or “code databases”
5.2 No guessing, auto-generation, or “working codes” content
You may not publish:
“try these codes” lists
“best codes” pages that include unapproved codes
“tested today” claims unless the exact code is authorized and current
codes shown with “may work” / “might work” disclaimers
auto-updated coupon pages that recycle or generate codes
5.3 No click-to-reveal / forced click tracking
No “reveal code”, overlays, click-to-copy, or any mechanism that forces an affiliate click to view a code or details.
5.4 No “exclusive” or “official” claims
Do not use language such as:
“exclusive”, “private”, “secret”, “official”, “approved”, “verified”
unless we explicitly label the offer that way in Awin or in writing.
5.5 No brand + coupon positioning
You may not create or optimize pages/ads for terms like:
“Gessato coupon”, “Gessato promo code”, “Gessato discount”, “Gessato sale”, “Gessato deals”
and you may not use page titles/headlines implying that Gessato offers sitewide coupons unless such offers are explicitly live and published by us.
5.6 Commission eligibility when coupon rules are breached
If an unauthorized code is promoted or used, or if coupon messaging is misleading, we may:
reverse commissions for affected orders (including historical periods where permitted)
set commission rate to 0%
remove the publisher from the program without notice
Look and feel / confusion
Do not copy the look and feel of our site.
Do not frame our site or make a page that looks like an official Gessato page.
Approvals and contact
If you want to run any paid media, retargeting, shopping ads, or any activity that uses Gessato Marks in a prominent way, you must obtain written approval first.
