Doll Authority ShareASale Program Agreement
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Doll Authority Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use. This agreement sets forth the legal foundation for your participation and details the restrictions and regulations governing your activities as an affiliate.
2. Program Restrictions
To ensure the integrity of our affiliate program and maintain a positive experience for all parties, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Prohibited Content: Affiliates may not promote Doll Authority using content that is obscene, violent, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is sexually explicit, hateful, or incites violence.
• Misleading Advertising: Affiliates must not engage in deceptive marketing practices, including but not limited to false advertising, misleading claims about products, or the use of deceptive URLs.
• Spam: Affiliates are prohibited from using spam to promote Doll Authority. This includes unsolicited emails, unsolicited messages on social media, and any other form of spam as defined by law.
• Trademark Violations: Affiliates must not use Doll Authority’s trademarks, logos, or any other intellectual property in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, deception, or mistake regarding the affiliation between Doll Authority and the affiliate.
• PPC and Paid Search Restrictions: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Doll Authority’s brand name or any variation thereof in any pay-per-click (PPC) or paid search campaigns on any search engine. Additionally, affiliates must not use Doll Authority’s brand name in any domain names or URLs.
• Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing techniques that set tracking cookies without the user’s knowledge and consent.
• Incentivized Traffic: Affiliates are prohibited from using incentivized traffic to generate sales or leads for Doll Authority. This includes offering rewards, points, or any other form of incentive in exchange for clicks or purchases.
3. Compliance and Monitoring
Doll Authority reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with this agreement. Affiliates found in violation of these terms may be subject to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
4. Modification of Agreement
Doll Authority reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
5. Termination
Doll Authority reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of this agreement or any applicable laws.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doll Authority operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
