Prohibited Activities:
No spamming or unsolicited emails.
No bidding on Detail K2 branded keywords or using our trademarks in domain names without prior written consent.
No cookie stuffing or use of misleading links.
No promoting our products on websites containing illegal content, hate speech, or adult content.
Advertising Guidelines:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Affiliates are prohibited from using false or misleading advertising to promote our products.
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Detail K2 in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Commission and Payment:
Commissions will be paid on net sales only, excluding returns, chargebacks, and shipping costs.
Payments will be made monthly, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.
Intellectual Property:
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Detail K2.
Any use of Detail K2 logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials must be approved in writing.
Termination:
Detail K2 reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this agreement or the ShareASale Terms of Use.
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.
By participating in the Detail K2 Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
