Hitch FitAffiliate Branding & Promotion Guidelines
These guidelines are mandatory for all approved Hitch Fit affiliates. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.
1. Approved Products & Services (What You MAY Promote)
Affiliates are ONLY authorized to promote:
✅ Hitch Fit Online Personal Training Programs
Official Hitch Fit online coaching programs sold through HitchFit.com
Any landing pages, sales pages, or funnels officially provided or approved by Hitch Fit
🚫 No other products or services are authorized unless explicitly approved in writing by Hitch Fit.
2. Prohibited Promotions (What You MAY NOT Promote)
Affiliates MAY NOT:
❌ Promote, sell, or bundle any non-Hitch Fit products, including but not limited to:
Supplements
Pills
Fat burners
Hormone products
Workout programs
Coaching services
Meal plans
Apps
E-books
Courses
Memberships
❌ Use Hitch Fit branding to:
Drive traffic to personal coaching offers
Promote MLMs, network marketing, or referral schemes
Sell competing fitness or transformation programs
Upsell or cross-sell unrelated products before or after a Hitch Fit promotion
Hitch Fit is NOT an endorsement vehicle for third-party offers.
3. Brand Usage Rules
Affiliates MAY:
✅ Use:
The official Hitch Fit name exactly as written: Hitch Fit
Approved logos, images, and copy provided by Hitch Fit
Approved testimonials and transformations supplied by Hitch Fit
Affiliates MAY NOT:
❌ Alter logos, colors, fonts, or brand visuals
❌ Create “Hitch Fit-style” logos or look-alike branding
❌ Use outdated logos or unofficial imagery
❌ Imply ownership, partnership, or employment with Hitch Fit
❌ Present themselves as “Hitch Fit Coaches,” “Hitch Fit Trainers,” or representatives
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as independent affiliates, not Hitch Fit staff.
4. Messaging & Claims Policy
Affiliates MUST:
✅ Use honest, realistic messaging
✅ Represent Hitch Fit programs accurately
✅ Follow FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures
Affiliates MAY NOT:
❌ Make medical claims (e.g., cure, treat, heal, reverse)
❌ Guarantee results (weight loss, muscle gain, timelines, income, etc.)
❌ Use fear-based, deceptive, or misleading tactics
❌ Claim Hitch Fit replaces medical care or professional advice
All messaging must align with Hitch Fit’s core values:
Integrity • Truth • Consistency • Community • Strength • Wellness > Transformation
5. Traffic & Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates MAY:
✅ Promote via:
Blogs
Email lists (opt-in only)
Social media (organic or paid, unless restricted below)
YouTube, podcasts, or educational content
Affiliates MAY NOT:
❌ Bid on Hitch Fit branded keywords, including:
“Hitch Fit”
“HitchFit”
“Hitch Fit Online”
Misspellings or close variations
❌ Run ads that impersonate Hitch Fit
❌ Create fake reviews or testimonials
❌ Use misleading domain names or social handles resembling Hitch Fit
6. Social Media Guidelines
Affiliates MAY:
✅ Share approved content
✅ Tell personal stories related to Hitch Fit (truthfully)
✅ Link directly using approved affiliate links
Affiliates MAY NOT:
❌ Create pages or accounts using “Hitch Fit” in the name
❌ Present themselves as the official Hitch Fit brand
❌ Post before-and-after photos unless officially approved
7. Email Marketing Rules
Affiliates MUST:
✅ Use compliant, opt-in email lists
✅ Include proper affiliate disclosures
✅ Send accurate, approved messaging
Affiliates MAY NOT:
❌ Spam
❌ Scrape emails
❌ Use deceptive subject lines
❌ Claim exclusivity or special insider access without permission
8. Enforcement & Termination
Hitch Fit reserves the right to:
Monitor affiliate activity at any time
Request immediate corrections
Suspend or terminate affiliates without notice for violations
Withhold commissions for non-compliant promotions
Ignorance of policy is not an excuse.
9. Questions & Approval Requests
Any custom promotions, content ideas, or exceptions must be approved in writing by Hitch Fit before launch.
Final Note to Affiliates
Hitch Fit has been built over nearly two decades on trust, results, integrity, and community.
Affiliates are expected to protect that reputation at all times.
