Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.Prohibited Activities:Misrepresentation:Affiliates must not misrepresent TabbeauPlace Perfume products or services.False claims or misleading information about products are strictly prohibited.Spamming:Affiliates are not allowed to engage in any form of spamming, including unsolicited emails, comments, or messages.Unauthorized Advertising:No use of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on search engines that direct traffic to TabbeauPlace official website using the company's name, brand, or trademarked terms.Unauthorized use of TabbeauPlace's branding or trademarks in domain names, social media profiles, or advertising campaigns is not allowed.Inappropriate Content:Affiliates must not promote TabbeauPlace products on websites or platforms that contain obscene, offensive, or illegal content.Promotion on sites promoting violence, discrimination, or hate speech is prohibited.Cookie Stuffing:Engaging in cookie stuffing techniques or similar practices that fraudulently capture affiliate commissions is forbidden.Discount Codes:Affiliates must not distribute unauthorized discount codes or promote pricing not approved by Tabbeau Place.Incentivized Traffic:Affiliates are prohibited from using incentivized traffic methods such as offering cash back, rewards, or other incentives in exchange for clicks or purchases.Intellectual Property:Unauthorized use of Tabbeau Place's intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, is prohibited without explicit permission.Competitor Promotions:Affiliates are permitted to promote other fragrance brands, provided they do so in a manner that does not diminish or negatively impact the Tabbeau Place brand.Affiliates must avoid comparing Tabbeau Place unfavorably with competitors.Promoting direct competitors alongside TabbeauPlace products is allowed, but affiliates must ensure that all brands are represented fairly and accurately.Compliance with Laws:Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards and data protection laws.Privacy Violations:Affiliates must not engage in activities that violate the privacy of users, including the unauthorized collection, use, or sharing of personal data.Negative Campaigns:Affiliates are prohibited from creating or distributing negative reviews or defamatory content about Tabbeau Place or its products.By participating in the Tabbeau Perfume Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these restrictions and regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
