Los Artisans Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Los Artisans. Please review the following terms before promoting our brand:
1. Commission Structure
• Standard commission rate: 10% of net product sales (exclusive of VAT, shipping, service fees, and returns).
• Commissions are valid only on completed, non-cancelled transactions.
• Declines apply if the order is cancelled, returned, fraudulent, duplicate, or breaches program rules.
2. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
• Bidding on brand terms (“Los Artisans”, “losartisans.com”, domain variations, or misspellings) is strictly prohibited.
• Use of our brand name in ad copy, display URLs, or shopping ads is not permitted.
• Generic keyword bidding (e.g. “ceramic dinnerware”, “artisan mugs”, “handmade home décor”) is allowed.
• Direct linking to our site from PPC ads is not allowed.
3. Publisher Types
• We welcome: content, community, and lifestyle publishers.
• Discount code affiliates are permitted only with prior approval.
• Cashback, loyalty, media brokers, and adware/toolbars are not permitted.
4. Marketing Restrictions
• Affiliates may not promote Decobate on sites containing adult, gambling, political, or offensive content.
• No incentivized traffic, spam, or misleading advertising practices are allowed.
• Email marketing is permitted only to GDPR/opt-in compliant lists.
5. De-duplication
Sales will be de-duplicated against our own campaigns including:
• Brand PPC, email marketing, display ads, direct partnerships, in-house ambassador programs, and other affiliate networks.
6. Program Integrity
• Affiliates must accurately represent Decobate as a premium, artisan tableware and décor brand.
• Breach of these terms may result in commission reversal - and immediate removal from the program.
