You may not use promo codes or offer/advertise discounts beyond what is already publicly available via the advertiser’s site or provided directly through Awin.

You agree to abide by all applicable Canadian laws, including privacy and data protection regulations, and any additional requirements set forth by Awin or advertisers on the platform.

No use of software or techniques to divert or hijack traffic from other affiliates or advertisers.

Commissions are only valid for genuine, completed transactions as tracked and verified by the Awin network.

You may not earn commission on your own purchases unless expressly permitted by the advertiser.

Do not misuse or misrepresent advertiser brands, logos, or trademarks. Only use creative assets made available via Awin.

You or the advertiser may terminate participation at any time, subject to Awin’s publisher rules and notice periods as stipulated in Awin’s terms.

Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of applicable commissions.

Terms and conditions may be updated at any time with notice, as per Awin’s network standard (typically a 7-day notice for changes).

The publisher (you) is responsible for all content and activities related to your promotional properties.

Liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
