We welcome partners whose content aligns with Babynetic’s values and audience. Applications are reviewed to ensure a good brand fit. We may decline or remove partners whose traffic sources or content do not meet our quality guidelines.

We support ethical, transparent promotion across blogs, editorial publications, social media, gift guides, and content-driven platforms. To maintain a high-quality program, the following activities are not permitted:

– Spam or unsolicited email
– Misleading claims or deceptive practices
– Cookie stuffing
– Unauthorized coupon or deal distribution
– Browser extensions, toolbars, or injected overlays
– Paid search bidding on Babynetic brand terms
– Trademark or domain-name impersonation
– Pop-ups, pop-unders, or auto-redirects

Affiliates must promote in a manner consistent with AWIN’s Network Policies.

We do not allow promotion on websites or platforms containing:

– Hate speech or discriminatory content
– Violence or illegal activity
– Adult or sexually explicit material
– Content harmful to families, children, or parents

We reserve the right to remove any partner whose content conflicts with our brand values.

Affiliates must use properly formatted AWIN tracking links. Babynetic is not responsible for commissions lost due to incorrect link setup, user ad blockers, or tracking technology outside our control.

Commissions apply to qualifying sales generated through valid, non-fraudulent AWIN tracking links.

Commission Eligibility:

– Orders must be completed, paid, and not canceled or returned.
– Commissions on returned/refunded orders will be reversed.
– Self-purchases are not commissionable.
– Orders resulting from unauthorized coupon use will not earn commission.

Publisher Tiers:

Babynetic reserves the right to offer performance-based commission tiers to top-performing content and editorial partners.

To protect the customer experience and our brand:

– Only coupons explicitly provided through AWIN or by Babynetic are permitted.
– Coupon sites must receive prior approval.
– Any promotion of unapproved codes is grounds for reversal and removal.

Affiliates must comply with all FTC endorsement and disclosure guidelines. A clear disclosure stating that you may earn a commission is required on all content or links.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend affiliates at our discretion, including for:

– Violations of these terms
– Fraudulent or suspicious activity
– Brand misalignment
– Inactivity
– Repeated unauthorized code usage

Removal may occur without prior notice in cases of serious misuse.

Babynetic may update program terms, commission structures, or policies at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this program creates a partnership, agency relationship, or employment agreement.

This program is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
