We do not allow trademark bidding of any kind. We have a strict closed trademark policy. If any affiliate is discovered to be bidding on or hijacking our trademark on PPC platforms, they will be removed from our program immediately. We do allow direct linking. We do allow downloadable software partners to join our program. We do allow incentivized partners on a case-by-case basis. If you are an incentivized partner, please email us at sarah.mack@enthalpy.com, and we will review your website. We do allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant, and contact us before running these campaigns to request suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to violate our terms and conditions.
