Post(s) must be dedicated meaning that no other brand name/logo can be mentioned or appear in the post. Panacea’s name must be mentioned in the post. Affiliates have the right to use Panacea’s logo, icon and other brand identity materials to be used only in the featured post(s).
Posts containing lewd, profane, obscene, or indecent material are prohibited. No content should infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including the copyrights, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets or patents of such third party. All posts must follow FTC regulations.
Prohibited actions will result in the termination of all existing, and future posts that relate to Panacea in any form by the affiliate.
