You will be paid the set commission rate for any sales using you link. Commissions are approved only after payment has been received and the customer's order has been shipped. It could take 24-48 hours for an eligible sale to show in your account. Any returns or refunds will be deducted from your next sale or held until another sale is made. *Sending your referral link to retailer or distribution businesses is not permitted and may result in the termination of your account.
*If you are sponsored by Vance Global, you must reach out to us directly before applying to be an affiliate.
*You can be terminated at any time for any reason without any further pay.
*You are not entitled to anything from Vance Global if for some reason you are terminated at any time.
*Do not share your link with existing customers from other affiliates.
*Do not use your affiliate link to complete purchases for yourself.
*Do not use your affiliate link in PPC campaigns using the Vance Global or Vance website as the immediate destination URL.
*Do not use the Vance or Vance Global trademarked terms in PPC campaigns targeting a search containing the keywords Vance Global or Vance.
*Do not use coupon codes associated with charity organizations.
*Do not use redirect urls to mask the source of transactions.
*If you are a coupon site, a list of your sites must be provided prior to being approved.
Clarification regarding when transaction credits may be declined.
*User uses a coupon code from a sponsored individual.
*User uses a coupon code not present on referring site.
*User doesn't use a coupon code after being referred by a coupon site.
*User browses coupon site but doesn't purchase or use it's codes available at that time, then receives a new coupon code via newsletter campaign.
IMPORTANT: If your transaction is declined for "Non-qualified Lead" reason, remove the coupon code from your site as it doesn't follow our guidelines stated in this agreement.
