Het versturen van commerciële uitingen via het Awin-platform is alleen toegestaan als de publisher aantoonbaar compliant is conform artikel 11.7 van de Telecommunicatiewet en de richtlijnen van de ACM. Publishers dienen daarnaast te allen tijde te handelen in overeenstemming met de Awin Publisher Code of Conduct.
- Previews moeten ter goedkeuring worden voorgelegd aan de adverteerder via het Awin-platform voordat verzending plaatsvindt.
- Bij het indienen van een preview bevestigt de publisher dat er voorafgaande toestemming is verkregen van alle e-mailontvangers.
- De uiting mag pas worden verzonden nadat de adverteerder de preview expliciet heeft goedgekeurd.
- De publisher is zelf verantwoordelijk voor eventuele consequenties bij het versturen van spam of het verzenden van een commerciële uiting zonder toestemming van de adverteerder.

Sending commercial expressions via the Awin platform is only permitted if the publisher is demonstrably compliant with Article 11.7 of the Dutch Telecommunications Act and the guidelines of the ACM. Publishers must at all times act in accordance with the Awin Publisher Code of Conduct.
- Previews must be submitted to the advertiser for approval via the Awin platform prior to sending.
- By submitting a preview, the publisher confirms that prior consent has been obtained from all email recipients.
- The expression may only be sent after the advertiser has explicitly approved the preview.
- The publisher is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from sending spam or sending a commercial expression without the advertiser's permission.
