ENSŌ Affiliate Programme Agreement
1. Introduction
Welcome to the ENSŌ Affiliate Programme. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in our affiliate programme. By joining the programme, you agree to comply with the terms set out below.
2. Enrolment in the Programme
To enrol in the ENSŌ Affiliate Programme, you must submit a complete and accurate application through AWIN. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Market Scope
At this time, ENSŌ products are available for purchase and delivery within Canada only. Publishers are expected to promote the programme to Canadian audiences only, and should not target the United States or other international markets unless otherwise approved by ENSŌ in writing.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an ENSŌ affiliate, you agree to:
- promote ENSŌ products in a truthful, accurate, and brand-appropriate manner;
- use only approved creative assets, links, and messaging where applicable;
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising disclosure requirements;
- clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.
5. Affiliate Links
Affiliates will be provided with tracking links through AWIN. These links must be used in order for sales to be tracked and commissions to be attributed correctly.
6. Commission and Payment
Commission rates are tiered by publisher type and reflect our current standard commission structure:
- Media/Content: 10%
- PPC/Shopping: 5%
- Coupon/Deal: 4%
- Loyalty/Cashback: 2%
Commission is calculated on the net product value, excluding tax and shipping. Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible for commission.
Payments, payout thresholds, and payment methods are administered by AWIN in accordance with AWIN’s payment policies and schedule.
ENSŌ reserves the right to review or adjust commission rates at its discretion.
7. Cookie Duration
The standard cookie duration is 30 days.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- engage in false, misleading, or deceptive advertising;
- use spam, unsolicited email, or other prohibited marketing practices;
- promote unauthorized discounts, coupon codes, or incentives;
- bid on ENSŌ brand terms, brand variations, or trademark-related keywords in paid search without prior written approval;
- imply official partnership, endorsement, or offers where none have been authorized;
- promote the programme outside Canada without prior written approval.
9. PPC and Search Policy
Unless expressly approved in writing by ENSŌ, publishers may not:
- bid on ENSŌ branded search terms;
- use ENSŌ or close brand variations in paid search ad copy, display URLs, or redirect domains;
- present paid search ads in a way that may confuse customers into believing they are official ENSŌ ads.
10. Term and Termination
This agreement begins upon acceptance into the programme and continues until terminated by either party. ENSŌ may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately stop using ENSŌ promotional materials, trademarks, and affiliate links.
11. Modification of Terms
ENSŌ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
ENSŌ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate programme or this agreement.
13. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
