Acanva Program Agreement1. Introduction
Welcome to our affiliate program. By participating, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
2. Enrollment
To enroll, submit a complete application via ShareASale(or Awin). We will review your application and notify you of acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Commissions
Standard commission rate: 7%
Special products may offer 10% or higher.
These rates are not guaranteed permanently and may be adjusted based on our revenue performance or affiliate contribution levels.
We will notify affiliates of any commission changes via newsletter or email, no earlier than 7 days and no later than 1 day before changes take effect.
Qualifying sales are those made through properly tracked affiliate links.
4. Payment
Commissions are paid monthly via ShareASale(or Awin), subject to their payment terms.
Affiliates must have a valid payment method on file.
In cases of order cancellation, we will notify the affiliate by email with the reason, and any related commissions will be voided.
5. Promotional Materials
We will provide banners, text links, and other promotional materials for your use.
You may not modify these materials without prior approval.
Misuse of promotional materials may result in termination of your affiliate status.
6. Restrictions
No spam or deceptive advertising is permitted.
False or exaggerated claims about our products are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not bid on any keywords, including our brand name, misspellings, company name variants, or related terms, without prior approval.

7. Content Guidelines
If you plan to publish product reviews, product comparisons, brand comparisons, or any content evaluating Acanva, please contact us for approval. We are happy to provide assistance and guidance.
8. De-Duplication & Attribution
If orders are tracked across multiple affiliate networks or channels, final attribution and commission assignment will be based on the actual conversion path recorded in our website backend.
Acanva reserves the right to determine final attribution and explain any adjustments to affiliates.
In cases of duplicate orders or conflicting attribution, commissions will be granted based on Acanva's internal evaluation.
9. Violation and Commission Withholding
In the event of any violation of this agreement, Acanva reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or withhold pending commissions at its sole discretion.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Data Protection
Affiliates must handle any customer data or tracking data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Misuse of customer or tracking data is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in this affiliate program.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State where Acanva is registered.
