This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Thaan Charcoal Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms:

Have a valid website or social media platform.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1. As an affiliate, you must not engage in the following activities:
Promote Thaan Charcoal on illicit, illegal, or pornographic sites.
Misrepresent Thaan Charcoal products or make false claims.
Use spam or unethical marketing practices.
3. Commissions
3.1. You will earn a commission on sales generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions start at 10% and may vary based on performance.
4. Termination
4.1. Thaan Charcoal reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.
4.2. You may also terminate the agreement at any time.
5. Confidentiality6.1. You agree to keep all confidential information received from Thaan Charcoal confidential.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
6.2. Thaan Charcoal may update this Agreement with notice to affiliates.
