Program Terms

Publishers must use DUCIE brand assets, imagery and product information accurately and in line with DUCIE’s luxury positioning.

Publishers may not present themselves as DUCIE, imply official ownership of the brand, or use misleading claims, outdated offers, unauthorised discount messaging, or unapproved creative.

Any editorial, social, paid or promotional content must be tasteful, brand-safe and aligned with DUCIE’s premium fashion positioning.
