Voucher or Coupon Code Policy: Affiliates may only use voucher codes available through the Garden Furniture Sales affiliate program or those issued via Affiliate Window. If an affiliate promotes a code not issued by Affiliate Window, we reserve the right to decline commissions. Continued use of unauthorized codes will result in program suspension.
Ethical Merchant Charter: Garden Furniture Sales and Affiliate Window adhere to the Affiliate Marketing Council's Ethical Merchant Charter. If any of your commissions are declined, a reason will always be provided.
Creative and Communications: Affiliates must use only the creative materials supplied by Garden Furniture Sales and available on Affiliate Window. Affiliates must not make any statements or representations about Garden Furniture Sales products without prior clearance. Garden Furniture Sales requires approval of any copy that will appear in offline communications, including press campaigns. Affiliates must not imply that they represent or have authority to bind Garden Furniture Sales.
Email Marketing Campaigns: Affiliates promoting Garden Furniture Sales through email marketing must contact the Affiliate Team for approval. Unsolicited emails ("spam") are prohibited under this program, including all forms of spam such as blog comment spamming.
Intellectual Property Rights: Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of Garden Furniture Sales, including trademarks, service marks, copyright, trade names, domain names, goodwill, and confidential information. Infringement of these rights may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any due commissions.
Paid Search: Bidding on our brand name, variations, or misspellings is not allowed. Affiliates found bidding on restricted terms may have pending transactions canceled or face temporary suspension from the program. Garden Furniture Sales has a relaxed policy on paid search activity. Affiliates are allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Garden Furniture Sales website, including using the website as a display URL, and can send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes affecting affiliates and the affiliate program.
Applicability: These Terms and Conditions apply to any ad platform, including search engines, content networks, and social networking ad placements.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate or our entire affiliate program at any time, at our discretion, with reasonable notice.
Indemnity: Affiliates must indemnify us against any losses or damages arising from their breach of these terms and conditions.
