Affiliate Agreement
This Green Roads Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Green Roads of Florida LLC (“Green Roads”) and the individual or entity (“Affiliate” or “you”) that agrees to its terms. By checking the “AGREE” box, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and accept the full terms of this Agreement. Terms may change at any time without prior notice.
Once approved, you will receive a personalized affiliate link to begin promoting Green Roads on your platform.
1. Commission Structure
New Customers: 30% commission
Returning Customers: 17% commission
Green Roads reserves the right to modify the commission structure or available payment methods at its sole discretion.
2. Creative Material
Green Roads may provide banners, images, or other promotional content. These materials remain the sole property of Green Roads. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use them for the sole purpose of promoting our products. Affiliates may not alter these materials in any way.
3. Payouts
Affiliates are paid monthly in accordance with AWIN’s minimum payout settings. It is your responsibility to submit accurate tax and payment information to receive your commissions. If this information is not received within 60 days of a qualifying sale, that commission may be forfeited.
4. Digital Ads
Bidding on brand-specific keywords or TM+ (e.g., “Green Roads,” “Green Roads CBD,” “Green Roads World,” "Greenroads coupons") or any similar or misspellings is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in an immediate ban without warning and voiding of all commissions.
5. Customer Data
Both parties retain joint ownership of customer contact information collected through the affiliate relationship (e.g., name, phone, email).
6. Discounts and Coupons
No new coupon site partners are being accepted.
Hidden coupon sites or unauthorized promo code usage will result in 0% commission.
Only use coupons provided via the official Affiliate Program.
You may not offer refunds, discounts, or other promotions without Green Roads’ written approval.
Your links must not modify the look, feel, or function of the Green Roads website (e.g., no iframes).
7. Data Protection
You agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
8. Order Processing
Green Roads handles all aspects of order fulfillment, tracking, and customer service. You must ensure that your affiliate links are correctly formatted to track referrals accurately.
9. Improper Conduct
If Green Roads suspects fraud, abuse, or a breach of this Agreement, it may suspend or withhold commission payments indefinitely. Any earnings from fraudulent or canceled orders will be reversed.
10. Email and Publicity
Affiliates must not send spam or unsolicited emails. Any email marketing must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and only target users who have explicitly opted in. Prior written consent is required to send bulk emails related to Green Roads.
11. Termination
Green Roads may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using affiliate links and any provided marketing materials immediately.
12. Claims and Disclosures
Do not make any health or medical claims about Green Roads products. The FDA prohibits such statements. Affiliates violating this policy will be removed from the program without warning.
13. Confidentiality
All confidential business information—including the terms of this Agreement—must be kept private and not used outside the scope of this partnership.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Green Roads harmless from any third-party claims, legal disputes, or losses resulting from your participation in the affiliate program.
