Thanks for your interest in our Affiliate program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.Please note that Resumeble has the right to penalize affiliates who violate the Resumeble Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and will immediately remove them from the program.
1. Approve or Reject of the RegistrationWe reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. What Types of Promotions are Not Permitted- False links: Using illegal means to tamper with the target user's link.- Creating programs or scripts to simulate genuine purchase patterns.- Coupon / promo websites.- Persistent pop-ups and full-screen pop-ups.- Ad cloacking.- Advertising on websites that contain adult content or sexually explicit content. - Hiding links under other content.- Putting links directly into search engines, including but not limited to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.- Tricking people into clicking links.- Creating seemingly official Resumeble websites to mislead people into purchasing.- Any actions that violate the Resumeble Affiliate Program terms.
3. Use of Affiliate Links by Coupon SitesAffiliate hereby acknowledges and agrees that it shall not, and shall not permit or authorize any third party, including but not limited to affiliate networks and entities delivering advertisements to a network of publishers, to utilize or distribute Affiliate Links on or through any coupon websites, voucher code sites, or any similar discount-oriented platforms (collectively, “Coupon Sites”).For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Affiliate Links” refers to any hyperlinks provided by the Company, or any links that redirect to the Company’s website or services, intended for promotional use by the Affiliate. The term “Coupon Sites” encompasses any website, application, or service that primarily features, distributes, or markets discount codes, vouchers, or promotional deals.In the event of any breach of this provision, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and void all accrued but unpaid commissions.
4. Commissions and PaymentsRefer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount, which is calculated based on the Commission structure. The commission amount is dependent on order value and does not include extra fees (tax, etc.).For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to complete the payment details on your affiliate account. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
5. Marketing ToolsWe included promotion media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the creatives tab on your affiliate dashboard.
6. AdsRunning Ads for “Resumeble” and all related keywords is not allowed.
7. CookiesWe use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.If a user does not accept cookies or clears them, we cannot track their activity and thus cannot pay earnings on it.Cookie duration is 365 days. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link. Within the specified cookie duration, every order made by this customer at the merchant’s website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then). Cookie duration can be changed depending on the company policy with affilaites notified about this accordingly.
8. Removal from the affiliate ProgramIf an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting partnerships@resumeble.comWe're very glad you've made it to the end of this important document.
