Move2Play Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions:
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Move2Play (“Move2Play”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the Affiliate Window Service as an Affiliate. Affiliates violating the below T&C will be rejected from the program.
- Eligibility: Participation in the Move2Play Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities meeting our criteria for affiliates, subject to approval by Move2Play.
- Promotion: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Move2Play products through approved channels, including websites, social media, and other online platforms. Promotion methods must adhere to ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Commissions: Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates and structures are outlined in the affiliate agreement and are subject to change at the discretion of Move2Play.
- Cookie Duration: Move2Play utilizes cookies to track referral activity. The default cookie duration is 30 days, during which affiliates are credited for sales made by referred customers.
- Coupon Codes: Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the Move2Play via Awin. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled. Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
- Payment: Commissions are paid out according to the payment schedule outlined in the affiliate agreement. Payment methods and thresholds are specified by Move2Play and may vary based on affiliate location.
- Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices when promoting Move2Play products. This includes but is not limited to spamming, trademark infringement, and false advertising. Also:
- PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.
- Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of Move2Play.
- Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Move2Play website.
- Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
- Intellectual Property: Affiliates are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to use Move2Play's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Move2Play products as outlined in the affiliate agreement.
- Term and Termination: The affiliate agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party. Move2Play reserves the right to terminate the agreement or suspend an affiliate's participation at any time for violation of these terms.
- Modification: Move2Play reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
- Governing Law: The Move2Play Affiliate Program and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved through arbitration.
