Orifice Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Orifice Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use. Please read these guidelines carefully to ensure compliance and a successful partnership.
1. Advertising Guidelines
Affiliates may not use misleading advertising or false claims about Orifice products.
All promotional materials must be accurate and approved by Orifice in advance.
Affiliates must not alter the Orifice brand logo or product images without prior consent.
2. PPC Advertising
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand keywords or variations thereof (e.g., Orifice, Orifice toys) for PPC advertising on search engines.
Use of the Orifice brand name in any PPC ads is strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
3. Content Restrictions
Affiliates must not promote Orifice products on websites that contain offensive content, including but not limited to explicit sexual material, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
All affiliate websites must be compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Coupon and Deal Sites
Affiliates that operate coupon and deal sites must only use coupons provided through the Orifice affiliate program. Misuse of coupons not intended for affiliate use will result in termination of the affiliate partnership.
5. Social Media
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Orifice on social media but must adhere to the social platform's advertising guidelines.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Orifice in social media posts in compliance with FTC guidelines.
6. Email Marketing
All email marketing messages involving Orifice must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Affiliates must obtain prior approval from Orifice before sending any emails that include Orifice content or references.
7. Termination
Orifice reserves the right to terminate the affiliation if an affiliate is found to be in violation of any terms listed here or engaging in any unethical or fraudulent practices, with immediate effect.
By agreeing to participate in the Orifice Affiliate Program, you are committing to adhere to these guidelines. We reserve the right to update and modify these terms at any time, and affiliates will be notified of any changes.
