Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
Application: We reserve the right to review all applications and reject any that do not align with our brand values (e.g., sites containing offensive or illegal content).
Truthfulness: Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payment information.
2. Promotional Guidelines
To protect our brand reputation, you agree to the following:
No Spam: No unsolicited emailing or mass-messaging.
Ad Transparency: You must clearly disclose your relationship with us (per FTC guidelines or local equivalent).
Keyword Policy: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on our brand name (e.g., "Sleepout") in PPC campaigns like Google Ads unless written permission is granted.
3. Commission and Payments
Qualified Referrals: Commissions are only paid on "Qualified Referrals"—orders that are successfully processed and not returned or canceled within [30/60] days.
4. Prohibited Activity
The following will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:
Self-Referrals: Buying through your own link to get a discount.
Fraudulent Leads: Using bots, fake accounts, or stolen credit cards.
Cookie Stuffing: Forcing cookies onto a user’s browser without a click.
5. Termination
Breach: If you violate these terms, we may terminate your account immediately and withhold any pending commissions.
6. Liability and Indemnification
We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions, etc.) due to tracking failures or site downtime.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Sleepout Inc. harmless from any claims arising from the affiliate's marketing methods.
