Logo and Trademark Usage
Publisher represents and warrants to 1-800Accountant that except for the limited, personal right to use the Licensed Materials as set forth herein, it shall not use or display (directly or indirectly), the Licensed Materials or any trademark, logo, or branding (including, without limitation, any misspelling or substantially similar version thereof) of 1-800Accountant, in any manner whatsoever including without limitation, in any search engine marketing or optimization, in any domain name, any other online/offline marketing or advertising, press releases, etc.
Publishers may only use images or ad creative that are currently approved and available via ShareASale.
Publishers may not engage in direct to merchant paid or unpaid social media advertising. Direct to merchant media buys are not permitted.
Publishers may not bid on trademarked terms either alone or in combination with other terms. Phrase and broad matched bidding that includes the trademarked terms is prohibited. Affiliates doing so are subject to immediate termination.
Additionally, PPC bidding direct to 1-800Accountant is not allowed. Ads must be directed to the Publishers landing page that includes links to 1-800Accountant.
An example of trademarked terms that 1-800Accountant will not permit publishers to bid on are (this includes misspellings or substantially similar versions thereof words and phrases below):

Software Downloads
Publishers are not allowed to promote 1-800Accountant via software downloads, browser helper objects, desktop software or any other software that pops up on the end user's computer after the user has already arrived at the 1-800Accountant website. This includes toolbars and reminder software. All clicks to the 1-800Accountant site must be from a link on an existing webpage that a visitor has to physically click. Forced cookies are not allowed. Publishers found to use any of the above methods will be terminated and their earnings may be reversed.
Sub Affiliate Networks - Third Party Tools
1-800Accountant only works with affiliates that are directly approved via the Shareasale system. Publishers cannot operate in a way that allows the publisher to pay and/or approve affiliates of the publisher for the purposes of marketing 1-800Accountant.
