It is expressly understood that any technical or information advice furnished by Zaca with reference to the use of its products is given gratis and Zaca assumes no obligation or liability for the advice given or results obtained. All such advice is given and accepted at Affiliate’s risk. Zaca assumes no legal liability for any claims or statements made by the Affiliate and will not indemnify any Affiliate for any legal action arising out of their claims against Zaca or any legal action brought about by any entity against the Affiliate.

All topical patches are not clinically tested or known to have any efficacy beyond that of a placebo topical patch. No claim is made that any topical patch sold by Zaca is going to alter a disease state or prevent a disease condition. Any use, purpose or efficacy claims made by Zaca’s affiliates are the sole legal responsibility of the affiliate. No drug or prescription ingredients are in any topical patch sold by Zaca.
