Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions (Uhr&Uhr)
1. Overview
By joining the Awin's Uhr&Uhr Affiliate Programme, you ("Affiliate") agree to promote Uhr&Uhr's ("Company") products on Awin and abide by these simple Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration
Affiliate must complete the registration process and receive approval from the Company to participate in the programme.
3. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliate must promote the Company's products in a legal and professional manner, and must not engage in any misleading or deceptive practices.
4. Commissions
Affiliate will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique referral link. Commissions will be calculated and paid if the minimum payment threshold is reached.
5. Intellectual Property
Affiliate is granted a limited license to use the Company's trademarks and promotional materials solely for promoting the Company's products within the programme.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Affiliate must cease using Company's intellectual property and remove all promotional materials.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Germany law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Germany courts.
8. Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the programme after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
