Korean Skincare Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Participation in the Korean Skincare Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses who comply with the terms outlined herein.
Application Process: Prospective affiliates must complete the application form provided by Korean Skincare. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
- • Affiliates are responsible for promoting Korean Skincare products in a truthful and ethical manner.
- • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing affiliate marketing.
- • Affiliates shall not engage in any deceptive or unethical practices to drive sales.
- • Affiliates are prohibited from using trademarked Korean Skincare materials without prior written consent.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rates and payout schedules will be provided upon acceptance into the program.
Payouts: Commission payments will be made on a regular basis according to the agreed-upon schedule. Payments will be issued via the preferred payment method selected by the affiliate.
Termination: Korean Skincare reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Korean Skincare.
Modification of Terms: Korean Skincare reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Confidentiality: Affiliates agree to keep all proprietary information provided by Korean Skincare confidential and to not disclose such information to any third parties.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Agreement Acceptance: By submitting an application to join the Korean Skincare Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
