Commission Rates
We'll pay 25% commision when a customer purchases the 30 day or 1 year service from our website.
If a customer orders documents from HM Land Registry through our website, we'll pay a fixed £2 commission per order.
Our prices may vary and be adjusted from time to time, but some examples are included below:

Custom Creative
Please contact us with any custom content you'd like to use to promote PropertyChecker.co.uk prior to going live. We can also provide this content for you on request.
If we require any changes made to the creative, we'd ask these are completed within 7 days.
PPC / Social Media
Please contact us in advance if you'd like to run a PPC or Social Media campaign.
Domain Restrictions
Registering misspellings or similar names may result in commission being declined.
Commission Validation
We'll always aim to validate comissions as early as possible. We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee, so will aim to validate any commission as soon as possible after this time.
Refunds
Where a customer requests a refund, we may need to decline the commision if we aren't able to resolve this with the customer directly. We usually see less than 1% of transactions refunded.
