Homescapes General Affiliate Terms & Conditions
1. Commission Structure
Homescapes offers a baseline commission of 6% for standard approved partners on all full-priced sales. A VIP tier of up to 12% is available exclusively for premium editorial partners, journalists, and high-performing content creators upon direct agreement with our in-house team. (Note: Specific cashback/voucher partners operate on a restricted, separate tier).
2. Strict Voucher & Cashback Policy
Homescapes reserves the right to withhold payment of commissions if affiliates promote an unauthorized voucher code. Commission will strictly be paid ONLY on transactions where an approved, affiliate-specific promotional code has been used at checkout. Any affiliate found to be using unauthorized codes, generic site-wide codes, or expired codes will have their commission declined to zero. We strictly prohibit the use of browser extensions or toolbars that auto-inject codes.
3. Code Expirations
Where authorized voucher codes are issued with an expiry date, this must be clearly displayed by the publisher. Codes must be removed or explicitly marked as expired immediately after this date. Affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended from the program.
4. Brand Alignment
As a premium British heritage brand, we expect all partners to align with our "Ethical Luxury" ethos. We value transparent, long-lasting partnerships with creators and publishers who share our commitment to high-quality, sustainably crafted homeware.
5. Right of Refusal
Homescapes reserves the right to cancel any commissions from sales we believe to have breached these terms, or to terminate the publisher agreement at any time for non-compliance. All transactions will be placed in a temporary pending status for 45 days to allow for the review of full or partial returns.
