Voucher Codes and Cashback
Voucher codes promoted must be provided through the SharkNinja Awin program. Vouchers are given on both a global and individual basis. Any voucher given on an individual basis must not be used/given to other affiliates on the network. Voucher Codes are valid only at https://sharkninja.co.uk . SharkNinja reserves the right to remove or exclude product/s from the discount code at any time without notice. unauthorised or third party codes are also not allowed to be combined with Cashback (unless listed on the Cashback Sites) otherwise it will be declined.
Stock Status Crawlers
Real-time product trackers, stock finder sites or any of a similar nature, are not allowed on the SharkNinja Affiliate Program.
Closed PPC policy
No direct PPC is permitted for this program. Additionally no sponsored links/PPC ads that use the company’s name Ninja Kitchen, variations, misspellings or derivates as a keyword or part of a key phrase on any search engine or as a display url.
De-duplication Policy & Best Practice / Validations
SharkNinja de-duplicates all sales. For validations, SharkNinja checks on Google Analytics referrer, third-party code usage and Source.
SharkNinja agrees, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice period on any significant changes to the campaign.
Please do not register url’s similar to Ninja Kitchen, Shark Clean, SharkNinja, Shark beauty, without the merchant’s consent. SharkNinja welcomes the opportunity to work with all affiliate types except software application affiliates. Affiliates must supply a working url in order to be accepted onto the program.
Please do not use competitor names to send traffic to the merchant’s site.
Affiliate Fraud Prevention Initiative
Affiliate commission will not be paid on any transactions identified as fraudulent, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment details, false customer information, self-referrals, or any activity deemed to artificially inflate sales or misrepresent genuine customer behaviour, as determined at our sole discretion. At the sole discretion of SharkNinja, any orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulant will have commissions rejected.
Harmful content
Affiliate's whose content that is deemed reputationally harmful to the business will risk removal from, or rejection to join, our affiliate program by SharkNinja.
We comply with the IAB AMC’s Ethical Merchant Charter and that this document has been written in accordance with this.
