What are the program rules?
Publishers that are permitted:
- CSS
- Cashback
- Social media publishers
- Price comparators
- Content bloggers
- Email marketing
- Sub-networks (if it can be demonstrated on which websites Xandres is being promoted)
Publishers that are not permitted:
- Discount code publishers
- Keyword buyers
- Tech partners
*Keyword buyers are not allowed to bid on the brand name, including spelling errors. Variations of Xandres must always be excluded in a broad match.
*Missed sales must be reported within a timeframe of 60 days after the transaction occurs. If the term is not adhered to, the missed sale will not be considered.
Rules for email marketing publishers
- Mailings must be sent in the name of the publisher, not Xandres
- Mailings must be approved by the client
- An option to unsubscribe must be provided
- No click fees may be given or communicated
Sales can be rejected for the following reasons
- Returns
- Cancelled orders
- Payment revoked or not received
- Product not deliverable to the specified address
- Doubly measured transactions (should not occur)
- Fake or unauthorized details used during purchase
Approval and payment terms
- 30 days consumer cancellation period.
- Sales are approved 30 days after the end of the month. For example, sales from January are approved in the first week of March.
- Once the month is over, the invoice is sent to Xandres on the first of the new month for payment.
- The payment term for Xandres is then 30 days.
- Publishers are paid in the next payment round from the network.
Tracking
- This program uses 1st party cookies via client-side tracking.
- Affiliate networks are deduplicated based on last-click.
- 30 days cookie duration.
Attribution
- This program operates on last-click attribution.
Ad Fraud
- Brand Bidding and Ad Hijacking are ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted.
- Xandres uses Ad Fraud tooling to detect ad hijacking and brand bidding.
- If Brand Bidding is violated, the publisher receives a warning and commission for those keywords are rejected. A second violation will result in access to the program being denied.
- In the case of ad hijacking violation, all commissions are immediately rejected and access to the program is denied.
