Affiliate Agreement This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Harlowe Affiliate program on the Share-a-Sale platform. By joining our program, you agree to comply with these terms, which are intended to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of our partnership.Trademark RegulationsAffiliates are not permitted to use the Harlowe trademark or any variant including misspellings or similar alterations in any domain names, social media handles, or other identifiers. Use of the Harlowe logo is allowed for promoting our products but must not be altered in any way without prior written consent.Email Marketing PolicyAll email marketing activities by affiliates must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Affiliates must obtain recipients' consent before sending emails and include a clear mechanism for opting out. Emails must clearly identify that they are sent on behalf of the Harlowe Affiliate Program.FTC Disclosure RequirementsAffiliates must adhere to FTC guidelines on endorsements by disclosing their affiliate relationship with Harlowe in a clear and conspicuous manner. This disclosure must be made close to any affiliate links or endorsements.Grounds for TerminationViolations of any terms of this agreement, engaging in illegal or fraudulent practices, or activities that are deemed damaging to Harlowe's reputation will result in immediate termination of the affiliate partnership and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.Social Media PolicyAffiliates are encouraged to promote Harlowe on social media but must not impersonate the brand or post content that could be misconstrued as coming directly from Harlowe. Affiliates must adhere to each social media platform's promotion guidelines and terms of service.PoliciesType of Affiliates: Harlowe works with hand-selected coupon and deal affiliates to ensure brand alignment. Traffic source and referral link must be provided by the Affiliate in order to receive commission. Sales that do not provide the referral source/link will not be eligible for commission.Coupon Restrictions: User-submitted coupons are not accepted. Harlowe must receive a referral for the affiliate sale. Sales without referrals will not be honored. Harlowe recommends the following keyphrases: portable LED light, light for photography, continuous light for photography, on camera light, bi-color LED light, LED light for video, small LED light for photography.Special Commission RulesCertain promotional activities or high-volume affiliates may qualify for special commission rates. These will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis and outlined in separate addendums to this agreement.Pay Per Click (PPC) Bidding RulesKeyword Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand-specific keywords such as "Hobolite", “Hobolite Mini”, “Hobolite Micro”, “Hobolite Avant”, “Hobolite Pro”, "Hobolite Coupons", and any variations thereof. Harlowe prohibits PPC adsAgreement Modifications Harlowe reserves the right to update and modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Share-a-Sale profile. Continued participation in the program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
