General Conditions of Participation in the HANX Affiliate Program:
- Commission will not be approved on any orders that contain any form of discount that has not been approved specifically by HANX for affiliates' use.
- Partners with illegal, hateful, or violent content are excluded from participating. Any possible resulting transactions are rejected and there is no commission.
- Any partner of the advertiser program must have full legal capacity.
- The advertising media provided by the partner program may only be used on the advertising spaces registered when registering for the program.
- All affiliate content on social media must be EASA compliant, and the use of #ad is required when using affiliate links within your Instagram Stories and other social channels.
- The publisher is responsible for ensuring that the advertising material is up-to-date and follows the guidelines in the HANX brand brief.
- The publisher may only use vouchers that have been approved by the advertising partner.
- Transactions will be rejected if they were generated via outdated or expired campaigns.
- Transactions will be rejected on any orders that contain any form of discount that has not been approved specifically by HANX for affiliates' use.
