Publishers who are approved to join our affiliate programme must comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
General Terms
Peregrine may share details of upcoming campaigns or promotions with it's affiliate partners. This information can not be shared publicly or with any other company ahead of any launch date. Doing so will result in loss of commissions and/or termination of the programme.
In the event of a violation of our terms and/or brand guidelines, the partnership may be suspended.
Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
Commission structure
3% commission for returning customers, 5% for new customers.
There is an attribution period of 30 days, de-duped against other channels and validated for returns over 45 days.
Approval
To join the Peregrine affiliate programme, we will need to approve your website. We aim to do this within 7 working days.
We are looking for partners in line with our brand aesthetic and values.
Validation of Transactions
Before confirming the commissions, Peregrine reserves the right to check and validate the conversions and to pay only those that have been created in accordance with our programme terms.
Orders are subject to a verification process according to internal criteria and key performance indicators.
Peregrine reserves the right to refuse payment of commissions on cancelled, altered and returned orders.
All commission amounts will exclude VAT and any delivery charges.
Validation will take place no later than 30 days from the transaction and only valid last-click conversions will be remunerated.
In the event of a violation, the advertiser reserves the right to cancel all ongoing transactions until the violation is confirmed and to terminate the partnership without notice.
Paid Search
Peregrine affiliates may not bid on brand exact terms such as ‘Peregrine’ or ‘Peregrine Clothing' or 'peregrineclothing.co.uk’ in any way to gain preferential listings on Search Engines. Remarketing and retargeting activities are prohibited. This will result in the termination of an Affiliate's agreement with Peregrine.
Discount Codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Peregrine affiliate programme. We reserve the right to withhold payment of commission or suspend publishers if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
Gift Cards & Store Credit
Commission will not be approved for any orders containing Gift Cards or purchases made with Swap Store Credit.
