Program Agreement:
The following restrictions and regulations apply to GRANA's Affiliate Program:
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:
Spamming or unsolicited marketing
Misrepresentation of GRANA's brand or products
Violation of intellectual property rights
Promotion of illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content
Misleading or fraudulent advertising practices
Coupon/Discount Code Usage: Affiliates must adhere to the guidelines provided by GRANA regarding the usage of coupons or discount codes. Unauthorized distribution or promotion of invalid or unauthorized codes is strictly prohibited.
Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must comply with GRANA's brand guidelines when promoting our products. This includes using approved creatives, logos, and product images provided by GRANA.
Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while participating in the Affiliate Program. This includes compliance with consumer protection, privacy, and data security laws.
ShareASale Terms of Use: All affiliates are bound by the Terms of Use of ShareASale, the affiliate network platform through which the program is operated.
Failure to comply with these restrictions and regulations may result in the termination of the affiliate partnership and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
