ShareASale Program Agreement
1. Appointment
Merchant appoints ShareASale as its non-exclusive affiliate marketing network to facilitate and manage affiliate marketing relationships between Merchant and third-party affiliates.
2. Program Participation
2.1 Merchant agrees to participate in the ShareASale network and adhere to the ShareASale Merchant Services Agreement.
2.2 Merchant will provide ShareASale with accurate and up-to-date information regarding the Merchant's products, services, promotions, and commission rates.
3. Affiliate Relationships
3.1 ShareASale will recruit and manage affiliates on behalf of Merchant to promote Merchant's products or services.
3.2 Merchant agrees to pay commissions to affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any affiliate agreements executed through the ShareASale platform.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Merchant will specify commission rates and payment terms for affiliates.
4.2 ShareASale will track affiliate referrals, sales, and commissions using its proprietary tracking system.
5. Payments
5.1 Merchant will make timely payments to ShareASale for affiliate commissions and fees as outlined in the ShareASale Merchant Services Agreement.
5.2 ShareASale will distribute affiliate commissions in accordance with the payment terms set by Merchant.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party.
6.2 Termination of this Agreement will not relieve either party of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
