By joining our Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by the following terms and conditions in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
1. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
• Paid Search and Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on any of our trademarked terms (including variations and misspellings) on any paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Misrepresentation of Products or Offers: Affiliates must not misrepresent our products, pricing, or promotional offers in any way.
• Unauthorized Discount Codes: Affiliates may not promote unauthorized coupon codes or discount offers that are not explicitly provided by our company.
• Spam or Unsolicited Communications: Affiliates may not engage in spam or unsolicited email marketing to promote our products. All promotional activities must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and any other applicable regulations.
• Cookie-Stuffing: Affiliates are prohibited from using cookie-stuffing techniques or any other form of fraudulent click generation to inflate conversions.
2. Restricted Advertising Channels
Affiliates are allowed to use the following channels for promotion, provided they comply with our brand guidelines:
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Blogs and Review Sites
• Email Marketing (No spam; only opt-in lists are allowed)
• Influencer Marketing (pre-approval required)
The following channels are restricted unless prior written approval is granted:
• Incentivized Traffic: Websites that offer rewards, points, or incentives for clicking on affiliate links are not allowed.
• Adult Content Sites: Affiliates may not promote our products on adult content websites or any sites that contain objectionable material.
3. Content and Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional materials, including images, text, and banners, are in line with our brand identity. Affiliates may not create false, misleading, or offensive content that could harm our reputation. Any custom content requires approval from our team before being published.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on general stock items and team wear sales made through their unique affiliate link. Affiliates must not attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate commissions by any prohibited means.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion, particularly if an affiliate is found to be in violation of this agreement. Termination will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the affiliate program.
6. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection laws, marketing laws, and the ShareASale Terms of Use.
This agreement should provide a clear legal framework for your affiliates while ensuring they maintain ethical practices in line with your brand values.
