HostNOC Affiliate Branding Guidelines

To maintain a consistent and professional brand presence, affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines when promoting HostNOC:

Brand Name Usage

Always use HostNOC with the correct capitalization (H and N in uppercase, all other letters lowercase).

Do not abbreviate, alter, or misspell the brand name (e.g., “hostnoc,” “host NOC,” or “HNOC” are not permitted).

Logos & Creative Assets

Affiliates must use only the official HostNOC logos, banners, and creatives provided within the Awin platform.

Do not edit, stretch, recolor, or modify HostNOC logos and creatives.

Logos must always be displayed on a clear background for visibility.

Messaging & Tone

Ensure all promotional messaging reflects HostNOC’s professional and customer-first approach.

Avoid false claims, misleading offers, or exaggerated performance guarantees.

Do not imply ownership of HostNOC products or services.

Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not create domains, subdomains, or social handles containing the HostNOC brand name or close variations.

Bidding on brand terms (e.g., “HostNOC,” “hostnoc.com”) in paid search campaigns is strictly prohibited.

No negative, defamatory, or unethical promotion of competitors is allowed.

Compliance

Affiliates are expected to follow these branding guidelines at all times.

HostNOC reserves the right to request the removal of any promotional material that does not comply with these standards.

By maintaining consistency in brand usage, we ensure affiliates and HostNOC work together to build long-term trust and recognition in the market.
