Terms and Conditions
Launches
-No new launch products should be communicated by affiliates unless communicated by Awin or Le Toy Van. Any products promoted before the agreed launch time will result in decline of the sale.
PCC Terms
-It is strictly forbidden for any partners to bid on Le Toy Van's trademarks, brand name(s), or any derivations/misspellings - with or without spaces, in any SEM campaigns.
-"Le Toy Van" (or variations thereof) must not appear in any paid advertising as the display URL, nor can it appear in the main domain of any partner's website.
-Partners in breach of our terms may face the reversal of some (or all) pending pay-outs and other penalties - potentially including removal from the programme.
Website Restrictions
-Partners are not permitted to use any mis-spelled domains which could be confused with our own website or that of any of our industry partners.
-Partners must not mask or cloak their URLs
-Embedding our website or content in an Iframe is strictly forbidden
Branding Restrictions
-All partners must ensure that any Le Toy Van logos and brand descriptions are up-to-date
-No amendments are permitted to be made to our copyright protected assets
-All offers listed on partner sites must be kept up-to-date and in-line with our own terms and conditions
The following types of site are acceptable:
-UK and European sites
-Search engines
-Shopping sites
-Content sites
-Voucher code & Cashback sites
-Loyalty & Benefit
-Content Creators & Influencers
-Personal websites (At the discretion of Le Toy Van. Sites must be tasteful and not contain adult material or inappropriate content, more information on such content is stated below)
The following types of site are not acceptable:
-Sites under construction
-Competitor websites
-Sites that promote, contain or link to sexually explicit or graphic materials and/or language
-Sites that promote violence
-Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
-Sites that promote illegal activities and substances
-Sites that contain any libelous, defamatory or disparaging materials
-Sites that contain material that is defamatory, fraudulent or harassing to us or an third party
Please note that if an affiliate fails to meet the terms of our agreement, we may remove them at any time.
