Proscenic Affiliate Program – General Terms
To participate in the Proscenic Affiliate Referral Program, affiliates must complete and submit the registration form for approval. Once approved, affiliates are eligible to participate in the program, subject to ongoing and periodic review. Proscenic reserves the right to suspend or revoke participation at any time and without notice.
Participation may be suspended or terminated if Proscenic determines (at its sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that:
- Promote illegal activities
- Promote sexually explicit materials
- Promote violence
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of proscenic.com
This agreement applies only to websites owned and managed by the Affiliate as indicated in the registration form.
Under no circumstances may proscenic.com Affiliate Referral links be placed on sites not registered with proscenic.com.
