Program Agreement for Factory Direct Craft Supply Affiliates
Please review the following terms before applying:
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in search engine marketing (SEM) activities using any of our "protected" keywords, as well as any misspellings or derivatives thereof. This restriction includes but is not limited to keyword bidding, display URLs, and site names. Affiliates must add as negative search terms the words associated with Factory Direct Craft Supply. Placing Factory Direct Craft Supply product links or feeds through Google shopping services is likewise prohibited.
Competitor Trade Names: Affiliates are not permitted to advertise on any search engine using the trade names of our competitors, nor enhance web pages with the trade names of competitors in an attempt to attract visitors. This includes meta tags, visible text, cloaked text, and page titles.
Compliance with FTC Guides: Affiliates shall comply with the Federal Trade Commission Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 Code of Federal Regulations Part 255) in connection with links to the Factory Direct Craft Supply website. Affiliates must conspicuously disclose to customers that they are compensated for linking to the Factory Direct Craft Supply website.
Data Feeds: Affiliates are prohibited from submitting data feeds to third-party shopping sites.
Use of Creatives: The Factory Direct Craft Supply logo and banner designs may not be altered in any way. Original ad banners, videos, or other ad media produced by the affiliate to promote Factory Direct Craft Supply by name are prohibited unless submitted for approval before publication. Factory Direct Craft Supply reserves the right to reject or refuse publisher-created media at any time.
Affiliates may publicize current Factory Direct Craft Supply promotional codes and sales, but must indicate the end date of the offer and remove it from their website once it expires. Factory Direct Craft Supply reserves the right to request affiliates to remove coupons from their sites as necessary.
Sub-affiliates must receive pre-approval from Factory Direct Craft Supply. Publishers are responsible for ensuring the compliance of any sub-affiliates with all program policies. Factory Direct Craft Supply reserves the right to cancel affiliate commissions on sales generated through violations of any policies.
Disqualified Sales: Contract sales to schools, government related, and businesses do not qualify for affiliate commissions. Certain transactions, such as those related to specific programs, may not be eligible for commissions. The purchase of a gift card does not qualify for a commission.
Unacceptable Websites: Factory Direct Craft Supply will not accept any sites containing adult content, hate material, slanderous or libelous information, promotion of violation or infringement upon copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property, false or misleading advertising or claims, or misleading or hidden links. Websites offering consumer rebates, points, or credits may not be accepted.
These policies are strictly enforced.
