Affiliate Terms of Agreement This Affiliate “TOA” Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of Razordon and the Web Site Owner who has agreed to become an affiliate partner through the Shareasale Network. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below and agree to abide by all terms as stated herein. Approval and Authority.
Razordon reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Razordon has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.
1] Razordon also allows their affiliates to link directly to their website through the search engines.
2] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours.
3] Affiliate will not create a site so that it is confusingly similar to Razordon.com as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of Razordon.com or any variations our name are prohibited.
4] You may not place banners or links containing your affiliate id on websites, forums or blogs not directly owned or controlled by you. If you have questions about linking, send us an email and ask.
5] Your affiliate tracking cookie may ONLY be set on a user's computer when they click on a link from your website or your opt-in email newsletter that takes them directly to our website. Emailing spamming will NOT be tolerated. Again, if you have questions about this send us an email and ask.
6] Razordon allows all the affiliates to promote us through the social media channel. We recognize all the social media platforms for promotion.
7] If the affiliate customer order gets canceled, then the affiliate commission will be reverted back. You will get only paid for the valid sales. If you have any questions, then you can email us.
8]Returning Clients Policy (Self-Referral Sales):
If a returning client places an order using an affiliate link, the commission will be adjusted to a minimum of 1% rather than being voided. Merchant may also submit a list of such sales for manual review and adjustment.
9] FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS You shall include a disclosure statement within any and all pages, blog/posts, or social media posts where affiliate links for our affiliate program are posted as an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that we are compensating you for your review or endorsement.
