Rules for advertising
Affiliates who do not follow Awin and Prime Beds's advertising rules will be suspended and lose earnings. The terms you accept when advertising for Prime Beds are in addition to Awin's affiliate agreement the following:
• Newsletter
It is allowed to use Prime Beds in newsletters.
• Discount codes
It is NOT permitted to use discount codes from e-mail, paper mailings or from any other advertising that Prime Beds sends directly to its customers. Commissions will not be paid for sales generated with such discount codes. On the other hand, it is permitted to market discount codes that Prime Beds communicates directly through Awin as well as all discounted prices and sale promotions that are communicated openly on Prime Beds's website. Prime Beds can also give selected affiliates the opportunity to work with discount codes. Terms and validity of discount codes must be clearly stated.
• Incentive and scoring sites
It is allowed to drive traffic to Prime Beds through so-called incentive and points sites.
• Keyword policy
Prime Beds has a completely closed keyword policy. It is forbidden to buy the brand "Prime Beds". It is also not allowed to buy special spellings or misspellings on this word. It is also forbidden to drive traffic directly to Prime Beds by purchasing sponsored links, regardless of words.
Influencers & Social Media
As an affiliate, you are required to make it clear to consumers when your content contains advertising. As an approved Awin affiliate, you are committed to complying with local laws and standards set forth in Sections 9.2.4 and 9.2.5 of our Terms and Conditions.
Recommendations from other industry sources for online marketing in the Nordic region include the following:
• You should make it clear at the beginning of your post (blog or social media) that the post contains advertising
• You can choose to use different fonts to further clarify that the post contains advertising
• You can choose to use a specific background formatting to further clarify that the post contains advertising We encourage you to read up on this topic to ensure that you follow current laws and standards as it is your responsibility as an affiliate to follow them.
